Ingredients:
2 Jiggers: tequila,
2 tsp: Sugar,
Juice of 1 lime,
Powdered egg white,
, (equivalent to 1 raw egg
White),
Soda water,

Directions:

Shake the tequila, sugar, lime juice, and egg white vigorously with
lots of cracked ice. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses and top
with cold soda water.

Yield: 2 drinks
