Oatmeal With Fruit And Nuts Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Water,
1/2 t: Ground Cinnamon,
1/4 t: Salt,
1 1/3 cup: Regular Rolled oats,
Sm Apple, chopped
1/4 cup: Pitted whole Dates, snipped
2 T: Sliced Almonds,
1 T: Brown Sugar,
2 2/3 cup: Skim Milk,

Directions:
In a medium saucepan combine water, cinnamon, and salt. Bring to
boiling; stir in oats. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let
stand, covered, till of desired consistency.

Divide oatmeal among 4 serving bowls. Top each bowl with chopped
apple, snipped dates, sliced almonds, and brown sugar. Divide milk
among serving bowls.
