Sausage And Chicken Jambalaya Recipe

Ingredients:
4 each: Chicken breasts,
1 cup: Rice,
1 each: Bell pepper, sliced
1 each: Onion, sliced
2 can: Beef broth,
1 lbs: Hot sausage,
2 tbsp: Butter or oleo,
Directions:
Saute sliced pepper, onion and hot sausage in butter for 5 min.
In 9 x 13-inch pan, mix consomme and rice. Add sausage mixture.
Place chicken breasts on top and cover with foil. Bake at 350 F. for
1 hr., uncover and bake addtl. 30 min.
