Frankfurter And Vegetable Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
5 cup: Potatoes, sliced
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 cup: Carrots, diced
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
2: Onions, sliced
3 tbsp: Flour,
1 lbs: Frankfurters cut in small,
2 cup: Milk,
-pieces,
4 Strips: bacon,
1 tbsp: Parsley, minced

Directions:
Arrange sliced vegetables and frankfurters in alternate layers, in a
greased 2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle each layer with salt, pepper and four.
Pour scalded milk over ingredients.
Arrange bacon slices on top.
Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
Uncover last 10 minutes to crisp bacon.
