Western Pork Barbeque Supper Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Idaho potatoes, baked
1/4 cup: Cider vinegar,
1 tbsp: Butter or margarine,
1/4 cup: Sugar,
1 1/2 lbs: Boneless pork shoulder, cut
1/4 cup: Catsup,
-into strips,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 large: Onion, sliced
1 tsp: Pickling spice,
1 tsp: Dried basil,
3: Oranges, sliced
1 1/2 cup: Beef broth,
Directions:
In large skilled melt butter; stir pork over medium-high heat until
well browned. Add onion slices and basil; saute until onion is
tender. Add beef broth, bring to boiling. Stir in vinegar, sugar,
catsup, salt, pickling spices, and orange slices. Simmer 1 hour or
until pork is tender. Spoon topping over each blossomed potato.
Serve immediately.
