Beef Burritos - Enchilada Style Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: Enchilada Sauce Mix,
1 lbs: Ground Beef,
6 large: Flour Tortillas,
8 ounce: Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 can: Cream of Mushroom Soup,
Directions:
Spray an 8" x 8" baking pan with cooking oil. Prepare the enchilada
mix according to package directions. Line the bottom of the pan with
1/2 cup of the enchilada sauce. Place remaining sauce in a large
bowl.
Brown the ground beef and mix with the mushroom soup. Dip each
tortilla (both sides) into the enchilada sauce and place in pan. For
each tortilla, put 1/4 cup meat mixture in to the center of the
tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, fold in half, then in half again.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and meat. Reserve enough sauce and
cheese to put on top of finished burritos. Bake at 350
for 30
minutes.
