Corn Muffins 2 Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Granulated sugar,
4: Eggs,
2 tbsp: Baking powder,
1 1/2 cup: Milk,
3 1/2 cup: Flour,
1/3 cup: Vegetable oil,
1 cup: Cornmeal,
Directions:
Combine sugar, baking powder, flour, cornmeal, eggs, and 1 cup of milk
until well blended. Add remaining 1/2 cup of milk and the oil. Mix
for 3 minutes. Place in well greased muffin tins and bake at 400
degrees (F) for about 20 minutes (until golden). Makes 30 muffins.
