Frikkadels With Smoor Tomato & Onion (south Africa) Recipe

Ingredients:
3 slice: Stale white bread, crusts
1 large: Egg,
-removed,
1 each: Onion, grated
Water,
5 milliliter: Ground koljander, (
500 gram: Steak mince,
-coriander ),
5 milliliter: Freshly ground black pepper,
5 milliliter: Crushed garlic,
5 milliliter: Salt,
300 milliliter: Sunflower oil,
Directions:
Soak bread in wtaer for 10 minutes, then squeeze dry. Add to mince
and remaining ingredients, except oil, and mix to combine well.
Shape into frikkadels and shallow fry in medium hot oil, for 7
minutes on each side, or until browned. Serve with Smoor tomato and
onion and mashed potatoes. Serves 4 - 6.
