Hash Browns Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Potatoes, baked, cold
3 tbsp: Butter,
1 large: Onion, chopped
ds -salt and pepper to taste,

Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes into about 1 in cubes. Dice onion.

In large fry pan melt butter on medium high heat. Add cold potatoes
in single layer . Let brown 5 minutes, and stir with spatula to
brown other sides of potato. After about 10 minutes add diced onion
and continue to brown onion potato combination until desired
brownness.

At the last minute, you can raise the heat a bit to crisp them a bit
more.
