Jewelled Fruitcake Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup: Unsifted flour,
-halved, 1 cup
1 tsp: Baking soda,
8 ounce: Red candied cherries,
2: Eggs,
-halved, 1 cup
1 Jar: mincemeat, none such
6 ounce: Apricots, dried, chopped
-ready to use,
6 ounce: Candied pineapple, chopped
14 ounce: Sweatened condensed milk,
1 1/2 cup: Pecans, chopped
8 ounce: Green candied cherries,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300.

Grease and flour 10-inch tube or fluted tube pan. Combine flour and
baking soda. In large bowl, beat eggs, stir in remaining
ingredients. Blend in dry ingredients.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour 30 minutes or until
wooden pick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool
