Jims Maple Carrots Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Baby Carrots,
Salt to taste,
1/4 cup: Pure maple syrup,
Paprika to taste,
3 T: Butter,
Directions:
Steam carrots until tender. Melt butter in a cast iron skillet. Add
carrots and maple syrup. Sprinkle salt and paprika over carrots. Cook
and stir until carrots are brown and glazed. Serves 2. Note: This
