Lemon Lime Tart Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup: Graham cracker crumbs,
1/4 cup: Lime juice,
4 tsp: Margarine,
1 tsp: Lemon peel, grated
2 tbsp: Brown sugar, light
1 tsp: Lime peel, grated
1/4 tsp: Cinnamon, ground
2 large: Eggs, separated
1 can: Milk, condensed, 14 oz,sweet
Lemon peel and lime peel,
1/3 cup: Lemon juice,

Directions:
in medium bowl, with spoon, mix graham crackers with margarine, sugar
and cinnamon until well blended. press into bottom and sides of 9
inch tart pan with removable bottom. Preheat oven to 350 In large
bow, with wire whisk stir milk, lemon and lime juice and peel, and
egg yolks until well blended and thick. IN small bowl, mix on high,
egg whites until stiff peaks form. With rubber spatula, fold egg
whites into lemon mixture. Pour into crust, bake 20 minutes until
filling is just filled. Cool then refrigerate until well chilled,
about 3 hours, garnish with peel curls . Submitted By KATHERINE
