Marinated Tomato Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Thinly sliced tomatoes,
1/4 cup: Red wine vinegar,
1/2 cup: Thinly sliced red onion,
2 tbsp: Plus, see next line
1 1/2 tsp: Dried basil,
2 tsp: -vegetable oil,
3/4 tsp: Dried tarragon,
Salt and pepper to taste,
1/4 tsp: Dried oregano,
Directions:
Place tomatoes and onions in a shallow bowl, overlapping slightly.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. chill several
hours to blend flavors.
