Sweet Potato Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Cooked mashed sweet potatoes,
1/4 t: Salt,
1/2 cup: Brown sugar,
1 1/2 cup: Scalded milk,
1 t: Ground ginger,
2 each: Well beaten eggs,
1 t: Ground cinnamon,
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together. Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake
for 20 minutes in 350 F. oven. Then sprinkle on topping and continue
to bake until set; about 25 minutes longer. Topping: 3/4 cup chopped
pecans 1/2 stick butter 1/4 cup brown sugar Mix until crumbly. From:
