1/2 cup: Chopped walnuts or other,
1 1/2 tsp: Vanilla extract, plus 1

1/2 cup: Chopped chocolate or chips,
-cream,
-about 4 ounces,
1 1/4 tsp: Grated nutmeg, (or ground
5 cup: Very stale and dry bread in,
-nutmeg),
3/4: " to 1" cubes,
1 1/4 tsp: Ground cinnamon,
1 pint: Heavy cream,
4 tbsp: Unsalted butter, melted
-Powdered sugar to taste,
