Chicken In Dill Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Frying chicken, about 3 lbs,
2 tbsp: Flour,
-cut in pieces,
1 cup: Light cream,
1/4 cup: Butter or margarine,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp: Dill, fresh, chopped
3: Parsley,

Saute chicken pieces in butter in a heavy saucepan or kettle. Season
with salt and pepper. Add parsley and enough water to cover chicken.
Cook slowly, covered, about 30 mins., or until chicken it tender.
Remove chicken pieces to a warm plate and keep warm. Combine flour,
cream, lemon juice and dill and add to drippings. Mix well and cook
over low heat, stirring, until thickened. Correct seasoning. Spoon
over chicken and serve with potatoes or rice. Serves 4.
