Doubly Moist Chocolate Snacking Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 2/3 cup: Flour,
1 cup: Water,
1 cup: Brown sugar,
1/3 cup: Vegetable oil,
1/4 cup: Powdered cocoa,
1 t: Vinegar,
1 t: Baking soda,
3/4 t: Vanilla,
1/4 t: Salt,
1/2 cup: Chocolate chips,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine the dry ingredients. Make well. Add
all of the liquid ingredients and beat until thoroughly blended.
Pour into 8x8 greased and floured pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over
top and bake 35-40 minutes or until cake tests clean. Cool and cut
