Salmon Spread Recipe

Ingredients:

MAKES: 2 CUPS
8 ounce: Package light cream cheese,
3 each: Tb finely shredded carrot,
1/3 cup: Plain lowfat yogurt,
Assorted crackers or party,
2 each: Tb dry sherry or milk,
-rye bread,
1/2 t: Dried dillweed,
Combine creamcheese,
1/4 t: Lemon pepper seasoning,
-yogurt, sherry, dillweed,
6 1/8 ounce: Can skinnless, boneless
-and lemon pepper,
-salmon, drained and flaked

Directions:
seasoning; beat until smooth. Stir in salmon and carrot. Cover and
chill at least three hours or overnight. Serve with party crackers or
