Salsa Pronto Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Mexican style stew tomatoes,
1 each: Clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup: Finely chopped onion,
2 t: Lemon juice,
2 T: Chopped fresh cilantro,
1/8 t: Hot pepper sauce,
Directions:
Place tomatoes in blender container. Cover and run on lowest speed 2
seconds to chop tomatoes. Combine with onion, cilantro, lemon juice,
garlic and pepper sauce. Add additional pepper sauce, if desired.
Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups.
