Smothered Chicken No. 2 Recipe

Ingredients:

2 each: Whole chickens cut into,
Chicken bouillon, (enough to
-pieces,
-cover) paprika,
3 cup: Diced celery,
Sage,
2 medium: Diced green peppers,
DIRECTIONS
3 cup: Diced carrots,
2 lbs: Diced mushrooms,
1 each: Very large diced onion,
lb Seasoning,
Directions:
Remove the skin and fat from chickens (except from the wings) and
place in a large roasting pan. Sprinkle the seasoning on each piece
of chicken and cover with diced vegetables (except the mushrooms).
Pour chicken bouillon over the mixture. Liquid should come just to
the top of the vegetables. Bake at 375 F. for 2 hours, then stir
mushrooms into the mixture and bake another half hour. Serve over
rice.
