Spiced Jellied Apricots Recipe

Ingredients:
1 each: No. 2 1/2 can apricot halves,
1 each: Stick cinnamon,
1/4 cup: Vinegar,
1 package: Orange-flavored,
1/2 cup: Granulated sugar,
Gelatin dessert,
12 each: Cloves,
Directions:
Day before: Into saucepan, drain juice from apricots. add vinegar,
sugar, cloves, and cinnamon. Bring to boil add apricots; simmer 10
min. Remove apricots to 6 custard cups or individual molds. Strain
syrup; add hot water to make 2 cups. Pour over gelatin dessert- stir
until dissolved- pour over apricots. Refrigerate. To serve, unmold
onto relish tray. Makes 6 servings. Jellied Apricot Salad: Unmold
onto water cress or curly chicory. Place spoonful cottage cheese
beside each mold.
