Pan-fried Tuna With Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
Tuna steaks,
FLAVORED FLOUR
1 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Garlic powder,
1 tsp: Cayenne,
1 tbsp: Dill, dried
1 tsp: Black pepper,
OR,
1 tsp: Onion powder,
1 tbsp: Parsley, dried
FRYING MIXTURE
1 cup: Oil,
1 tbsp: Butter,
1/2 tsp: Cayenne,
Directions:
Dip each tuna steak or fillet portion in the flavored flour to coat.
Then dip in egg-milk wash and then in stale crushed bread crumbs.
Place on a rack for 10 min for coating to set.
Heat frying mixture in a skillet. Pan fry tuna til golden. Turn and
finish. Serve with a few drops of pan liquor and top each piece with
a spoon full of Salsa. Garnish with lemon or lime wedges.
