Whole Wheat Pancakes - Butter Busters ^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Flour,
1/4 cup: Egg Beaters,
1/2 cup: Whole wheat flour,
1/2 cup: Vanilla nonfat yogurt,
2 t: Baking powder,
1/4 cup: Water,
2 t: Sugar or 1 packet Sweet n,
1 each: Tb liquid Butter Buds,
-Low,
Nonfat cooking spray,

Directions:
Combine flours, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl; make a well
in center of mixture. Combine Egg Beaters, yogurt, water and liquid
Butter Buds. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just moistened. For
each pancake, pour 3 tablespoons batter onto a onstick skillet that
has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Turn pancakes when tops are
covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Per sugar serving: 60
cal., 0.2g fat (0%), 0mg chol., 1g fiber, 3g pro., 11g carb., 114mg
