Wine Barbecued Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs: Boneless chicken parts,
1/2 tsp: Celery salt,
2 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
1/2 cup: Dry white wine,
1/4 tsp: Dried thyme,
1 tbsp: Plus 1 tsp minced onion flak,
1/4 tsp: Dried marjoram,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Dried rosemary,
Directions:
Place chicken in a shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients
and pour over chicken. Marinate several hours. Preheat oven to 350.
Bake, uncovered, one hour, basting frequently.
Per serving: 30g protein, 11g fat, 2g carb., 559mg sodium, 99mg
chol., 238 calories.
