Ingredients:
4 t: Olive oil,
1/4 cup: Chopped parsley,
1 Clove: garlic,
1 t: Lemon juice,
1/2 cup: Chopped onion,
1 t: Dried basil,
1 cup: Sliced zucchini,
1/2 t: Dried oregano,
3/4 cup: Sliced mushrooms,
-Black pepper,
1 cup: Broccoli flowerettes,
2 cup: Cooked drained spaghetti,
1/4 cup: Chicken broth or water,
2 ounce: Shredded Mozzarella cheese,
3/4 cup: Halved cherry tomatoes,
6 T: Grated Parmesan cheese,

Directions:
In large skillet, heat olive oil, add garlic, onion, zucchini and
mushrooms, saute until onion is translucent. Add broccoli and broth.
Cover and steam 5-7 minutes or until broccoli is tender crisp. Add
tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice and seasonings. Toss thoroughly.
Serve over spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.
Makes 4 servings. 1 serving = 301 calories.
