Extra Special Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Envelope: vegetable soup mix,
10 ounce: Frozen spinach, thawed and
16 ounce: Sour cream,
-squeezed dry,
1/2 cup: Mayonaise,
8 ounce: Water chestnuts, drained
1/2 t: Lemon juice,
-and chopped,
Directions:
Blend soup mix, sour cream, mayonaise and lemon juice. Stir in
remaining ingredients. Chill. Variations: Add 2 T chopped green
onion, radishes or crumbled bleu cheese. Or omit water chestnuts and
