Hearty Tuna Macaroni Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Elbow macaroni,
1/4 t: Pepper,
1/2 cup: Grated carrot,
2 cup: Finely shredded cabbage,
2 T: Minced onion,
1/4 cup: Julienne green pepper,
1 can: , (7 oz.) tuna, drained and
1/2 cup: Mayonnaise,
-flaked,
1 t: Salt,
2 T: Prepared mustard,
2 t: Vinegar,

Directions:

Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender, drain and rinse. In a
large bowl combine macaroni and next five ingredients. In a small
bowl combine mayonnaise with remaining ingredients. Pour over
macaroni tuna mixture. Mix well and chill. Serve on lettuce.
