Rocky Road Peanut Butter Squares Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: Light corn syrup,
2 cup: Mini marshmallows,
1/2 cup: Sugar,
1/2 cup: Peanuts, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup: Peanut butter,
1/2 cup: Chocolate chips,
6 cup: Triples cereal,
1 T: Shortening,
Directions:
Heat syrup and sugar to boiling in heavy 2 quart saucepan over medium
heat, stirring constantly. Immediately remove from heat; stir in
peanut butter until melted. Place cereal in large bowl. Pour peanut
butter mixture over cereal, stirring until well coated. Cool 2
minutes. Stir in marshmallows. Press mixture in ungreased 13 x 9 pan.
Sprinkle with peanuts. Heat chocolate and shortening over low heat
until melted; drizzle over squares. Let stand until chocolate is set.
