Spicy Orange Pork Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:
3 lbs: Pork side ribs,
1 each: Bay leaf,
1 each: Onion, chopped

SAUCE
1 cup: Orange juice,
1 t: Five spice powder,
3 T: Liquid honey,
1 each: Clove garlic,
1 T: Soy sauce, and minced ginger

Directions:
Place cut ribs, bay leaf and onion in large dutch oven. Cover with
cold water and bring to boil. Simmer for about 30-45 minutes until
cooked and tender. Drain. In seperate pot, bring all the sauce
ingredients to a boil and cook for about 7-10 minutes. Cool
slightly. Layer ribs in baking dish and spoon sauce over top turning
ribs to coat completely. Save about 1/4 cup sauce for basting while
baking. Bake in 350F for 30-40 minutes or until sauce has glazed and
thickened. Makes 4 servings. Origin: Adapted from a recipe in
