Spicy Peach-cranberry Ring Recipe

1 package: Cherry-flavored gelatin,

Drain peaches- to syrup,
1 t: Whole cloves,
-add enough water to make 1,
1 each: 3" stick cinnamon,
-3/4: cups. Then add,
1/4 cup: Vinegar,
Spices, vinegar- simmer 10
1 package: Lemon-flavored gelatin,
-min. Add peaches, heat
1 cup: Fresh cranberries,
-slowly 5 min. Remove,
1/2 medium: Orange, unpeeled
Peaches from syrup, place,
1/3 cup: Granulated sugar,
-with cut sides up, in
1 3/4 cup: Hot water,
-2: -qt. ring mold. Strain,
SYRUP- MEASURE: IF NEEDED, A
Lemon-flavored gelatin,
-pour over peaches.,
-stirring, until dissolved,
Chill until almost firm.,
Directions:
Meanwhile, put cranberries and orange through medium blade of food
chopper. Stir in sugar; set aside. Add hot water to cherry-flavored
gelatin, stirring, until dissolved; cool; stir in cranberry mixture.
Pour over almost-firm peach layer. Chill until firm. Unmold; fill
center with crisp greens. Serve with Lemon-Cream Mayonnaise. Makes 10
to 12 servings.
