Swiss Cheese Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tbsp: Margarine or. butter,
-Dash of ground nutmeg,
3 tbsp: Gold Medal all-purpose,
1: L/2 Cups milk,
-flour,
1/3 cup: Dry white wine,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Shredded Swiss cheese 6,
-Dash of pepper,
-ounces),

Directions:
Heat margarine in I l/2-quart saucepan until melted. Stir in flour,
salt, pepper and nutmeg until blended. Cook over low heat, stirring
constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk
and wine. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir I
minute; remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted.
