Ingredients:
Swiss steak cut into,
Peeled & sliced,
Serving pieces,
Medium bell pepper,
1/2 cup: Flour,
Seeded & sliced,
Medium onion,
2 cup: V-8 or tomatoe juice,
Directions:
Place onions and bell peppers in bottom of crockpot. Pound flour in
the steak (seasoned with salt and pepper) with a meat mallet until
meat is tender. Brown in hot oil, and place in crock pot over the
onions and peppers. Cover with the V-8 juice or tomato juice. Set on
low and cook until done (it is OK if it cooks all day). Serve over
cooked rice...
