Vodka Tomato Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Chopped onion,
1/2 cup: Finely chopped celery,
3 Cloves: garlic, minced
1/4 cup: Olive oil,
1/2 cup: Prosciutto, finely chopped
3/4 cup: Vodka,
28 ounce: Crushed tomatoes with juice,
1 tbsp: Chopped parsley,
1 tbsp: Basil,
1 tbsp: Oregano,
1 tsp: Sugar,
1 cup: Half and half,

Directions:
Saute onion, celery, and garlic in olive oil. Add prosciutto, vodka,
tomatoes, parsley, basil, and oregano and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add
half and half and warm, but do not boil. Serve over pasta.
