Walnut-cheese Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: (3-oz) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp: Sherry,
2 tbsp: Butter or margarine,
1 Jar: , (6-oz) sharp cheddar cheese spread
1/2 tsp: Horseradish, well drained
3/4 cup: Finely chopped walnuts,
Directions:
In small mixing bowl, soften cream cheese & blend in sherry. Add butter,
cheese spread & horseradish. Mix well. Cover & chill thoroughly about 4
hours. Shape into 1-inch balls & roll in walnuts. Refrigerate until serving
time. Makes about 30 balls.
