Warm Pineapple Topping For Ice Cream (quick) Recipe

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:
1 small: Pineapple,
3 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1 tbsp: Lime juice,
1 pint: Vanilla ice cream,

Directions:
1. Cut the top and bottom off the pineapple. Slice away the skin and cut
into quarters. Remove the core. Cut the pineapple quarters into 1/2-inch
slices.

2. Place a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the
pineapple, brown sugar and lime juice. Cook a few minutes until the
pineapple is warm and the juices are lightly caramelized.

3. Spoon the pineapple into bowls and top with a small scoop of ice cream.
