Warmed Tomatoes With Basil And Brie Recipe

Ingredients:
4 large: Tomatoes,
2 tbsp: Olive oil,
6 large: Basil leaves, shredded
8 ounce: Brie cheese,
Directions:
Core and cut tomatoes into thick slices; arrange on ovenproof platter.
Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with basil.
Remove rind from Brie. Chop cheese and scatter over tomatoes. (Tomatoes
can be prepared to this point and set aside for up to 1 hour.) Broil for 1
to 2 minutes or just until cheese has melted. Makes 6 servings. Typed in
