Watkin Wynne Pudding (welsh) Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounce: Breadcrumbs,
4 ounce: Chopped suet,
2 ounce: Sugar,
4 ounce: Currants,
1 ounce: Peel,
1: Egg,
4 pint: Milk,

Directions:
(PWDIN WATCYN WYNNE) Mix the dry ingredients. Beat the egg and add to the
milk. Bind the pudding together with the liquid. Cover and boil for 3
hours. Serve with Madeira Sauce
