1 medium: Head green cabbage, finely shredded
1: Carrot, shredded
1 1/4 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tbsp: White vinegar,
1 cup: Mayonnaise,

Combine cabbage and carrots in large bowl. Add salt, sugar and vinegar;
marinate 10 minutes. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Chill. Makes 6 servings.
