Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 3/4 Cup: whole wheat flour, I use white ok
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/3 cup: Oil,
1/2 cup: Honey (I use sugar with good results, brown most times)
2: Eggs, beaten
1 cup: Mashed bananas, 3 medium
1/4 cup: Hot water,
1/2 cup: Chopped pecans or other nuts, I usually leave out
Directions:
(Whole foods for the whole Family)
Sift dry ingredients together. Cream oil and honey in large bowl. Add
eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in bananas. Add
dry ingredients alternately with hot water, mixing well after each
addition. Fold in pecans. Pour into a greased 5x9-inch loaf pan. Bake at
325F for 55 to 60 minutes. Invert onto wire rack to cool completely before
slicing. Freezes well. Yield: 12 servings.
