Wild Rice Burgers Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Extra lean ground turkey,
Breast,
1/2 cup: Cooked wild rice,
1/2 cup: Finely chopped onion,
1/4 cup: Finely chopped fresh,
Parsley,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
Directions:
In large bowl combine all ingredients well. Shape into 6 patties. Heat
grill and grill 10-12 mins turning once. Serve immediately.
