Wild Rice Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2/3 cup: Mayonnaise,
1/3 cup: Buttermilk,
1 tsp: Lemon juice,
1/4 tsp: Basil,
3 cup: Chicken, cooked cubed
3 cup: Wild rice, cooked
1/2 cup: Green onion, sliced
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
1 cup: Cashews, salted
1/2 lbs: Green grapes, halved (1 cup) Opt.
Directions:
Blend mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice and basil. Set aside. Combine
chicken, wild rice, green onions, salt and pepper. Stir in mayonnaise
mixture until blended. Chill, covered 2-3 hours. Just before serving, fold
in cashews and grapes if desired. Serves 8 (1 cup servings) Posted to TNT -
