Wild Rice/rice And Chicken Combo Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Cooked wild rice,
2 cup: Cooked basmati or your favorite white rice,
1 Handful: raisins, (dried cranberrys) added to the water as it begins to simmer
1/4 cup: Each chopped onion, (optional) and chopped celery, sauteed
1/2 cup: Chopped mushrooms, up to 1
Directions:
Mix all cooked ingredients and add enough cream and chicken broth to
saturate well. Salt & pepper as desired. Bake @ 350 *F for 30 minutes. I
serve this with baked chicken, or with leftover chicken that has been
chopped and added to the rice mixture upon baking.
This should feed 4 - 8 people, depending on serving size and other foods
that accompany your meal.
