Wilted Iceberg And Peas Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Margarine,
8 cup: Thinly sliced iceberg lettuce,
1/2 tsp: Sugar,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
2 cup: Fresh green peas,
Directions:
Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add
lettuce, and cook 3 minutes or until lettuce wilts, stirring frequently.
Stir in sugar and remaining ingredients, and cook 2 minutes. Yield: 4
servings (serving size: 1 cup).
Per serving: 100 Calories; 3g Fat (29% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 13g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 180mg Sodium
