Winners Circle Layered Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
4 1/2 cup: Cold milk,
3 package: (4-serving size) Jell-O instant pudding and pie filling, French vanilla or vanilla flavor
4 ounce: Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
4 package: (4-serving size) Jell-O brand gelatin, strawberry flavor
3 cup: Boiling water,
2 cup: Cold water,
Ice cubes,
2 cup: Blueberries,
2 cup: Sliced strawberries,
Directions:
POUR milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until
well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in 1 cup of the
whipped topping; chill.
DISSOLVE 1/2 of the gelatin in 1-1/2 cups of the boiling water. Combine 1
cup of the cold water and ice cubes to make 1-1/2 cups. Add to dissolved
gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Stir
in 1/2 of the blueberries and strawberries. Spoon into 4-quart bowl. Chill
15 minutes or until thickened. Meanwhile, prepare remaining gelatin as
directed above. Stir in remaining fruit.
TOP gelatin mixture in serving bowl with 1/2 of the pudding mixture, then
remaining gelatin mixture. Chill 15 minutes or until thickened. Top with
remaining pudding mixture. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Garnish with
remaining whipped topping and additional fruit, if desired.
