Yum Yum Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Cooked and mashed sweet potatoes,
4 tbsp: Margarine,
1 tbsp: Vanilla,
1/4 cup: Sugar,
2: Eggs, beaten
TOPPING
3/4 cup: Brown sugar,
1/3 cup: Flour,
1 cup: Chopped pecans,
1/2 Stick: margarine,
Directions:
Mix together the sweet potatoes, 4 tablespoons margarine, vanilla, sugar
and eggs and put into a casserole dish. To make topping: Mix brown sugar,
flour, pecans, and margarine well together and spread on top of potato
mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Serves 6 to 8
persons.
