Zucchini Bread #03 Recipe

Ingredients:
3: Eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 cup: Sugar,
1 cup: Corn oil,
2 cup: Grated raw zucchini, packed; do not peel!
2 tsp: Vanilla,
3 cup: Unsifted flour,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Baking powder,
2 tbsp: Grated orange rind,
2 tsp: Cinnamon,
1/2 cup: Raisins,
1/2 cup: Pecans, chopped
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Mix with remaining ingredients. Divide batter
between 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45
minutes to 1 hour, or until done.
