Zucchini In Blue Cheese Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large: Onion, chopped
1 kilo: Zucchini, sliced
1/8 liter: Water,
4 tbsp: Creme fraiche,
150 gram: Blue cheese, crumbled
Salt, white pepper
Directions:
Fry onions, add zucchini, season with salt and pepper, add water. Simmer
for about 8 minutes, then add creme fraiche and blue cheese and wait until
the cheese had melted. If the sauce gets too fluid, thicken with some
flour.
