Zucchini Seafood Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cup: Zucchini, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch
1 1/2 cup: Bisquick baking mix,
1 1/2 cup: Shredded processed sharp American cheese,
1 cup: Chopped onion,
1 can: (6 1/2 oz.) crab meat, drained and cartilage removed or 1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained
1/2 cup: Vegetable oil,
3: Eggs, beaten
1 tsp: Dried oregano,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,

Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2). Mix all
ingredients together. Spread evenly into casserole. Bake uncovered until
golden brown and inserted knife in center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes.
Garnish with thinly sliced zucchini.
