Carrot Donuts Recipe

Ingredients:
3: Eggs,
3/4 cup: Brown sugar,
2 tbsp: Oil,

MIX TOGETHER TO SOUR MILK
2 tbsp: Milk,
2: dr Lemon juice,
2 tsp: Sherry,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
1/2 tsp: Nutmeg,
1 cup: Cooked mashed carrots,
3 cup: White wheat flour,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
3 tsp: Baking soda,
3 tsp: Baking powder,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1 tsp: Grated orange rind,

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well, roll out on floured board, cut and fry.
This dough is very sticky, but if you add too much extra flour they get too
heavy.

(Sour milk: use regular milk with lemon juice added - 1 tablespoon juice
per 1 cup milk)
