Cashew Butter (xmas) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Cashews,
2 tbsp: Butter,
1/2 tsp: Salt, up to 1
Directions:
With metal blade in food processor add cashews to beaker of processor.
Process turning on and off rapidly, until cashews are finely ground. Add
butter and salt; process until smooth. Taste and add more salt, if desired;
process.
